Enrollment form instructions – read all before submitting form
Program numbers – Our programs for Saturday are #1-7. Sunday programs are #8-13. Please read the program descriptions and age limitations.
Our Enrollment Form is 2 pages. Both pages must be returned.
One page is enrollment information and it allows you to provide details about what program you want to sign up for and the student’s ability level. Most of this page can be filled out electronically. Initial at the bottom is required.
The other page is our Liability Release. This page needs to be hand-signed at the bottom by student (and parent, if student is under 18.) We ask that minors also sign the form on the ‘student’ line and understand the risks associated with skiing and safe chair lift use (detailed in the last paragraph).
Typed signatures are not accepted. You will need to print, sign, scan and email it. Date and printed name are required on the signature line.
If you are in a parent-participation class for younger kids (Sprouts, Super Sprouts) we also need an enrollment form from the participating adult(s) – let us know your skiing experience in the space provided on the form.

If the program has space, we will send you an invoice via email. The invoice can be paid thru PayPal, credit card, or Apple Pay. The invoice must be paid within 2 days to secure your spot. If the invoice is not paid within 2 days, it may be cancelled (meaning that we have given the spot to another student)
After your invoice is paid, please allow 3-5 business days for us to send you a confirmation email. These emails are sent in the order the enrollments are received.
